Check Seen offers a Weekly Subscription for personal, non-commercial use, including a 3-day free trial for first-time users. You can use the App on as many devices as you need. Subscriptions are auto-renewable, renewing at the same duration as the initial term. Changes to subscription terms or prices will be communicated through the App and are effective upon posting.

Check Seen is intended for legal use, primarily for parents to monitor their minor children. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, malicious, or fraudulent purposes. Misuse of the App may result in termination of your account. Check Seen is not designed for children under 16.

Check Seen does not gather or use any data from your WhatsApp account, except as necessary for the software to operate effectively. By using WAWatch, you consent to allow the software access to your WhatsApp account to ensure it functions properly. Be aware that while the software can access data related to your WhatsApp account, it does not use this data for anything beyond its intended functionality.
Check Seen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the Service and do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You agree to indemnify Check Seen and its affiliates from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against us by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service.
Check Seen reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the App and update the "Last Updated" date to reflect the date of the changes. By continuing to use the App after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised terms.
